Job summary

9fin is seeking an FP&A Senior Analyst in London (hybrid) to own planning, forecasting, and business partnering across finance, commercial, and operations. You will build robust financial models, design KPI dashboards, and partner with senior stakeholders to drive strategic decision-making.

You will work directly with the Senior Strategic Finance & FP&A Manager to shape the finance function, improve forecasting accuracy, and create investor-ready outputs.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A foundation in a SaaS or high-growth tech business.
• AI-native working style with daily use of AI tools for analysis and automation.
• Fluent with SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, churn, cohorts, unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Own planning, forecasting, and business partnering across finance, product, and operations.
• Build and maintain robust financial models for scenario planning and long-range forecasting.
• Create KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks for real-time leadership visibility.
• Translate plans into actionable targets and drive variance commentary for leadership.
• Lead reporting for ELT, with clear narrative and insightful analytics.
• Collaborate with Finance Systems Lead to ensure clean data and scalable reporting.
• Embed AI-powered tooling to accelerate reconciliations and automate recurring analyses.
