Job summary

DRPG is seeking a senior FP&A professional to own the group forecasting model, provide the forward-looking numbers, and sit on the Senior Management Team. You will drive short and long-term forecasts, budgets, scenario modelling and margin monitoring across every live job, acting as the centralised source of truth for MI and budgeting.

You will partner with Directors on P&L, support year-end processes, and lead KPI dashboards and finance reporting while leveraging AI and automation to enhance

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with FP&A experience in an international group.
• 5 years of qualified experience in a fast-paced international group.
• Experience building forecasting models from scratch.
• Strong Excel and KPI reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the group forecasting model with scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Be centralised source of truth for MI and budgeting across the group.
• Report weekly margin and debtor performance; flag variances.
• Own budgeting, in-year forecasting and reforecasting across the group.
• Lead monthly MI and lender reporting pack and dashboards.
• Partner with Directors on P&L and interrogate numbers for UK Board members.
