Job summary

Urban Playground Group is seeking an FP&A Accountant to provide high-quality financial planning and analysis across the UK, US and KSA. Based at the Nottingham head office, you will lead budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, delivering insights to support strategic decisions and drive performance.

You will develop models, dashboards and KPI reporting, partnering with operational leaders to optimise financial performance and enable international expansion plans.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.
• Experience in SMEs and larger organisations including international exposure.
• Experience producing budgets and forecasts.
• Financial modelling experience.
• Experience within leisure and entertainment sector (desirable).
• Experience using data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting with FD and department heads, with commentary.
• Coordinate quarterly reforecasts and monthly updates.
• Develop long-term financial models and what-if analyses.
• Maintain weekly cash flow reporting and long-term forecasts.
• Support business cases, investments and new venue openings.
• Produce and distribute performance results at venue and consolidated levels.
• Analyse revenue, labour and costs to identify opportunities.
• Provide KPI reporting, dashboards and board-level insights.
• Develop automated analytics reporting with the Tech team.
