Edenbrook is hiring an experienced FP&A Analyst to join a leading UK Retail finance team in Leeds. This role is suited for a commercially minded professional with a strong background in forecasting, performance analysis, and executive-level reporting.

You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to convert complex financial data into actionable insights that drive decision-making and improve organizational performance.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A experience within general insurance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly performance analysis across key P&L areas.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting and reforecasting activities.
• Provide forward-looking insight on risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Support leadership reporting, QBRs, and strategic decision-making.
• Drive process improvement, automation and cost efficiency initiatives.
• Partner across Finance and the wider business to influence outcomes.
