Job summary

Conga is seeking a Corporate FP&A Senior Analyst to join our finance team in the US. You will contribute to financial planning, reporting, and analysis, working on Board-level reporting, Anaplan models, monthly close, and ad hoc analyses. This fast-paced role supports executive leadership and decisions critical to our growth.

You will excel with strong Excel and Anaplan skills, a solid background in FP&A, and the ability to deliver accurate, timely financial insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• You have 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience.
• You build and maintain financial models and reports, especially in Excel and Anaplan.
• You translate complex data into clear, decision-ready outputs.

Responsibilities

• Anaplan administration and enhancements to support planning and automation.
• Support monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and variance commentary.
• Prepare financial reporting packs and executive commentary for leadership.
• Own weekly cash forecast model and explain variances to Finance leadership.
• Support Board and executive reporting with KPI dashboards and summaries.
