Job summary

Everywhen is seeking an experienced Anaplan Modeller to join our finance-focused team in a hybrid-capable role. You will design, build and evolve Anaplan models supporting planning, forecasting and performance management across Finance.

You will own end-to-end model development, govern model changes, and work with FP&A to translate complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions. Strong Excel and data integration skills are essential to drive automation and insights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' hands-on experience building and developing Anaplan models.
• Anaplan Level 2 Certification (minimum requirement).
• Strong understanding of model governance, controls and best practices.
• Experienced in Power BI or reporting tools.
• Experience working with data integrations, APIs, ETL tools or Anaplan Data Orchestration.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience within Finance, FP&A or Financial Services would be advantageous.
• A natural problem solver with a delivery-focused approach.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven, curious and always looking for smarter ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance Anaplan models for planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
• Lead end-to-end model development ensuring scalable, efficient solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical Anaplan solutions delivering measurable value.
• Collaborate with FP&A and Finance to identify opportunities for automation.
• Manage model governance, documentation, and access controls.
• Own data integrations between Anaplan and connected finance systems.
• Support reporting and dashboards, using Power BI where appropriate.
