Everywhen, part of the Ardonagh Group, is seeking an experienced Anaplan Modeller to design, build and evolve our Anaplan estate within finance planning and reporting. You will lead end-to-end model development, partner with FP&A and Finance, and drive governance, data integrations and automation to deliver measurable value.

You will own the Anaplan platform, promote best practices, and support adoption through training and guidance, while maintaining scalable and accurate planning processes.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 4 years' hands-on experience building and developing Anaplan models.
• Anaplan Level 2 Certification (minimum requirement).
• Strong governance, controls and best practices knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI or reporting tools.
• Experience with data integrations, APIs, ETL tools or Anaplan Data Orchestration.
• Proven ability to translate complex requirements into practical, user-focused solutions.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience in Finance, FP&A or Financial Services is advantageous.
• Delivery-focused, highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Design, build and enhance Anaplan models for planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management.
• Lead end-to-end model development, ensuring scalable, efficient, user-friendly solutions.
• Translate business requirements into practical Anaplan solutions delivering measurable value.
• Partner with FP&A, Finance and other teams to identify process improvements and automation.
• Manage model governance, documentation, naming standards and access controls.
• Maintain and optimise existing models with upgrades and structural enhancements.
• Own and improve data integrations between Anaplan and connected finance systems.
• Monitor model performance and data quality; implement preventative controls.
• Support reporting and dashboard development, using Power BI where appropriate.
• Deliver user training and guidance to maximise Anaplan adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement to simplify planning and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with Finance/MI for clear, actionable insights.
• Act as Anaplan SME, promote best practices and long-term platform development.
