Job summary

Antares Global Management Limited is seeking an FP&A specialist to prepare quarterly forecasts for the Syndicate on Lloyd's and Group basis, translating complex Year Ultimates into forecast results. You will support Underwriting commentary, board pack preparation, and ROCE reporting for Executives and Underwriters.

You will also assist in the yearly Syndicate and Group plan, Lloyd's submissions, and maintain robust data files.

Qualifications

• Forecast quarterly financial year results for the Syndicate on Lloyd's and Group basis, translating Underwriting Year Ultimates into forecasts.
• Prepare quarterly Underwriting Result Financial Year commentary vs Plan, including all analytical files supporting the commentary.
• Assemble the overall quarterly Syndicate Board Pack with Underwriting Result, Expenses, Investment Income, Balance Sheet, coordinating with Finance for tables and commentary.
• Prepare the quarterly Underwriting Year forecast (ROCE) report for Executives and Underwriters.
• Assist in producing the yearly Syndicate and Group Financial Year plan with the Syndicate FP&A manager.
• Support yearly Syndicate SBF submission to Lloyd's.
• Maintain Syndicate and Group working files and data sets for use by the team and stakeholders.
• Produce Planning Group templates for the Parent Company.
• Assist in Anaplan development by testing and supporting UX page builds.
• Support the team with ad hoc FP&A requests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly financial year forecast for the Syndicate on Lloyd's and Group basis, converting Year Ultimates into forecast results.
• Prepare quarterly Underwriting Year commentary vs Plan and support with analytical files.
• Build the Syndicate Board Pack including commentary on Underwriting, expenses, investments and balance sheet.
• Produce the quarterly ROCE forecast for distribution to Executives and Underwriters.
• Assist in the annual Syndicate and Group plan production with the FP&A manager.
• Assist with the Lloyd's SBF submission for the Syndicate.
• Maintain Syndicate and Group datasets and analytical files for stakeholders.
• Create Planning Group templates for the Parent Company.
• Support Anaplan development by testing and assisting UX page builds.
• Handle other ad hoc FP&A requests as needed.
