Qualifications

• Minimum of three years' Account Management experience in FMCG.
• Proven ability to take initiative and identify issues and propose solutions.
• Analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience working effectively in teams.
• Proficient knowledge and use of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual business plans to meet Energizer goals.
• Monitor plan progression monthly and manage risks.
• Oversee customer P&L and deliver financial targets; pursue opportunities.
• Collaborate with Demand and Supply planning to reflect volume needs.
• Foster strong customer relations across buying, merchandising and supply teams.
• Communicate customer needs internally with Finance, Marketing, and cross‑functions.
• Own and manage customer contracts, trade funds and promotion ROI.
