Job summary

Energizer Holdings, Inc. in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced marketing professional to drive UK Batteries and Auto-Care growth. You’ll partner with Global Marketing and Sales to translate strategy into local campaigns, product launches and retailer activations that boost growth and ROI.

You will manage budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and lead integrated campaigns across channels while engaging senior leaders and agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
• Significant experience in brand and digital marketing within FMCG organisations.
• Understanding of shopper marketing and category management principles.
• Experience supporting annual brand planning and activation.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record delivering marketing communications campaigns.
• Experience managing agency partners.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project leadership skills.
• Solid understanding of brand building principles and the 4Ps.

Responsibilities

• Provides input to strategy development and the annual marketing planning cycle.
• Leads day-to-day management of the product portfolio and execution activities.
• Leads consumer activation plans in partnership with Global Marketing.
• Coordinates and executes local marketing plans to deliver objectives.
• Develop deep understanding of UK consumers, shoppers, customers and market dynamics.
• Lead integrated media campaigns and partnerships across channels.
• Manage agency partners across media, PR, social, creative and events.
• Partner with Sales and Category teams to develop retailer activation plans.
• Develop sales tools and materials to support retail activation online and in-store.
• Lead product launches, renovations and innovation commercialisation.
• Lead cross-functional projects with Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance.
• Represent Marketing in cross-functional forums and business updates.
• Monitor performance and recommend actions to maximise growth and ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets and project timelines.
