Qualifications

• Experience in account management, sales or business development.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

• Retail customer accounts management experience is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Analyze sales trends, risks and growth opportunities.
• Lead customer presentations, pitches and negotiations.
• Manage projects from brief through to delivery and reports.
• Produce forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
