You will build a strong pipeline, engage with decision-makers, and work consultatively to understand client needs while collaborating with operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across sectors including Property Management, Healthcare, Facilities Management, Estates, Commercial, and Industrial.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
• Develop meaningful relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders.
• Take a consultative approach to understanding customer requirements before recommending solutions.
• Manage client relationships throughout the full sales lifecycle.
• Generate repeat business and referral opportunities from existing accounts.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the business professionally while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and ethics.
