Job summary

Wise is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the FP&A team. You will become a strategic partner to senior stakeholders in Servicing, helping scale costs and identify insights to support decision making.

You will lead the planning process for Servicing headcount and operating costs to enable sustainable growth and lower prices for customers. You will design scalable financial frameworks, analyse cost base, and provide deep-dives on metrics with variance analysis to drive forecasting

Qualifications

• Proven experience advising senior leads and influencing decisions.
• Extensive experience building complex financial models.
• Experience with high-volume headcount planning and capacity modeling.
• Experience with cost controls and policy implementation.
• Finance qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA or MBA/Finance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Servicing leads to reduce unit costs and drive efficiency.
• Lead the delivery of the planning process for Servicing headcount and operating costs.
• Design scalable financial frameworks to analyse Wise’s cost base.
• Provide deep dives on key metrics and perform variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast).
• Communicate results to department leads and leadership.
• Mentor junior colleagues and share knowledge across the Finance tribe.
