Job summary

WSP is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support profitable and sustainable growth across multiple business centres. The role focuses on dedicated financial planning, decision support, and challenging assumptions to improve earnings.

You will work with service line directors and profit centre managers to influence decisions, balance risk with return, and drive efficiency improvements within the finance operating model.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and completeness of financial records and forecasts.
• Challenge budgets, forecasts, and results; explain root causes and actions.
• Identify and mitigate financial and commercial risks and opportunities.
• Use insight to influence project financial performance and decisions.
• Monitor project income, cost to complete, working capital, and change control.
