Job summary

RWS Holdings PLC is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to lead financial support for the business unit and partner with the management team. You will drive performance culture with clear goals, metrics, and data-driven decision making to deliver on performance commitments.

You will work with the segment Finance Director to interpret performance, develop plans, and present investment cases. Collaboration with sales and operations will optimise commercial outcomes and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A or finance business partnering experience
• 3+ years in a senior role
• Professional certified qualification (CFA/CPA/CA/AAT/CIMA/ACCA/ACA or global equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business-related discipline
• Strong English language skills
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
• Expert knowledge in business analysis and data management
• Experience in data modelling and turning data into insights
• Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with ERP systems

Responsibilities

• Own the business unit P&L and drive financial targets
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and investment governance
• Develop financial models aligning with strategic goals
• Provide timely reporting and business insights
• Collaborate with SSC and Group FP&A for data and reporting
