Wise is seeking a seasoned Finance Business Partner Leader to head FP&A for Core Functions in London. You will mentor two Senior FBPs and an Analyst, supervising financial planning, cost control, and analysis across Finance, Legal, Treasury, Risk, Compliance, and People.

You will translate data into strategic narratives for leadership, drive workforce cost optimisation, and shape global location expansion with KPI dashboards and predictive models.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading senior finance professionals.
• Deep experience partnering with senior leadership (People & Functions).
• Experience in workforce planning, long-term location strategy, and large operating budgets.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI dashboards and predictive modelling.
• Professional finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or equivalent; IFRS knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop two Senior FBPs and an Analyst, driving financial planning and cost control across Functions.
• Translate complex financial data into strategic narratives for leadership decision-making.
• Own KPIs related to organisational health, span of control, location concentration, and cost-per-head.
• Oversee headcount governance and employee benefit expenses with stakeholders.
• Drive automation of headcount tracking and reporting to improve efficiency.
