Job summary

Wise in London is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the FP&A team. You will work as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, shaping long-term plans and driving insights to support decision making.

You will own planning, forecast headcount and operating costs, build models and reports to analyse Wise’s cost base, and present findings to Department leads and the leadership team to steer growth and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience partnering with department leads and senior stakeholders.
• Extensive experience building financial models (Anaplan preferred) and cost analysis.
• Experience establishing policies, cost controls and spend monitoring.
• Forecast headcount with IFRS knowledge.
• Professional finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or MBA/Finance masters.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior stakeholders to form long-term plans.
• Lead planning process and forecast headcount and operating costs.
• Build models and reports to analyse Wise's cost base, risks and opportunities.
• Provide deep dives on key business and financial metrics and focus on actuals to forecast variance.
• Narrate results and communicate with Department leads and leadership.
