Job summary

CD Recruitment is seeking an experienced, fully qualified Finance Manager to join a growing organisation in Watford. The role covers day-to-day financial operations, managing accounts, cash flow, and robust financial controls with strong stakeholder engagement.

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Xero is essential, and you will drive budgeting, reporting and commercial insights to support growth across the UK.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified finance professional (ACCA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Xero is essential.
• Experience in a Finance Manager/Financial Controller or senior finance role.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and delivery of monthly management accounts.
• Managing month-end and year-end processes.
• Budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management.
• Balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
• Monitoring business performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Producing meaningful financial analysis and management information.
• Identifying risks and opportunities within financial performance.
• Supporting senior management with commercial and strategic decision-making.
• Overseeing transactional finance processes and ensuring accuracy.
• Maintaining and developing robust financial controls and procedures.
• Supporting audit, tax and statutory reporting requirements.
