Job summary

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Finance Manager in the United Kingdom to lead day-to-day finance, produce management accounts, budgets and cash flow, and support senior leaders with strategic insights.

The role combines financial management, process improvement and team leadership across multiple sites. ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent senior experience is required, with strong Excel and accounting software skills and robust financial controls.

Qualifications

• At least five years' relevant finance or accounting experience.
• Experience preparing management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cash flow reports.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, reconciliations and month-end processes.
• Experience overseeing payroll and monitoring workforce costs.
• Excellent Excel skills and confidence with accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting with insights for senior management.
• Oversee ledgers, invoicing, payments and bank reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and costs; identify risks and opportunities.
• Produce clear financial reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Develop the finance team and ensure deadlines are met.
