Recruitment Solutions (North West) Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the day-to-day finance function within a growing business in Lancashire. You will own reporting, budgeting and financial controls while supporting senior management with insightful analyses.

Ideal candidate will be a senior finance professional with experience in management accounts, month-end processes and team leadership. AAT/ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualifications are desirable. Attention to detail is essential for success.

Formación

• Experience in month-end and financial reporting.
• Experience managing or supervising a finance team.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence with financial systems.
• Commercial awareness with ability to communicate financial information clearly.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Ability to work independently and be organised.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day finance function and oversee the finance team.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Oversee month-end and year-end processes.
• Oversee purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control functions.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets and business performance.
• Provide financial analysis for senior management.
