Qualifikationen

• CCAB-qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience in financial leadership roles.
• Masters in a financial or business discipline, or equivalent experience and training.
• Recent CPD, including specialist training in NHS finance and national accounting standards.

Aufgaben

• Lead the full cycle of Group financial planning and reporting.
• Prepare annual and medium-term plans and set budgets.
• Produce Trust-wide monthly reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead the National Cost Collection.
• Provide timely, accurate information and clear analysis to support governance and strategic decisions.
• Report financial performance and savings delivery to Executive Directors and the Board, combining finance, activity and workforce information.
• Lead the Costing and Financial Planning and Reporting teams.
• Develop consistent processes, strong controls and continuous improvement in financial reporting.
