Job summary

• CCAB-qualified accountant with significant post-qualification experience in financial management.
• Strong leadership skills and a proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in a complex environment.
• Experience of driving service improvement, developing financial management standards and leading teams through change.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvements in financial planning, performance reporting and business intelligence across the organisation.
• Provide strategic leadership for the Finance Directorate and ensure delivery of high-quality financial advice, robust reporting, forecasting and assurance to Executive Directors and clinical/operational leads.
• Develop and strengthen finance capability across the organisation and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with senior operational, clinical and corporate colleagues to enable strategic decision-making and value-focused delivery.
