Job summary

The Head of Reporting and FP&A role is based in Birmingham and reports to the Group Finance Director. You will own group financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, leading a four-person team and partnering with senior leaders across the international group.

The role requires ACA or ACCA qualification, strong FRS 102 experience, and a proven track record in external audits, consolidated reporting and strategic planning at a large organisation.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA or ACCA and strong technical accounting and financial reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly financial close and deliver consolidated management reporting.
• Lead the annual group audit and consolidation of statutory accounts.
• Take ownership of technical accounting matters including FRS 102, acquisitions, disposals, impairments and complex judgements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisers and other stakeholders.
• Lead the group budgeting and forecasting processes and provide scenario analysis.
