• Provide strategic leadership for the Trust's financial management function.
• Deliver high-quality financial advice, reporting, forecasting and assurance to executive directors, clinical leaders and operational teams.
• Support strategic decision-making and the effective use of financial resources.
• Lead improvements in financial planning, performance reporting and business intelligence.
• Help services identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency and value.
• Lead the development of finance capability across the organisation.
• Help finance and non-finance colleagues strengthen their financial understanding and decision-making.
• Support a high-performing, inclusive and values-driven culture.
• Work across sites where service needs require.
