Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited in Cambridge is recruiting a Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the group-wide FP&A and Commercial Finance functions. This role reports to the executive team and guides long-range forecasting, budgeting, modelling and analytics to steer the business.

You will build and mentor a high performing global team, deliver value-adding insights for strategic and tactical decisions, and oversee corporate transactions and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Demonstrates strong FP&A experience.
• Experience leading global FP&A teams.
