Job summary

Chilworth Partnership is partnering with an international business to appoint a Head of Commercial Finance, a high-impact leadership role central to the organisation. The role reports to the CFO and will lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and business partnering to deliver insight, robust forecasting and strategic support.

Qualifications

• Significant FP&A and commercial finance leadership experience.
• Track record of leading significant transformation of an FP&A function.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Review monthly Group, Regional and Exec reporting and provide commercial insight.
• Develop KPIs, drivers, trends and benchmarking; introduce a Finance/Business scorecard.
• Segment financial insight to create lenses of performance and value creation.
• Implement Business Partnering across senior management to boost knowledge and insight.
• Develop budgeting and forecasting processes with post-implementation reviews.
• Create and develop the monthly Finance Board pack.
• Lead the implementation of new planning, reporting and analysis technology.
