EA First in the United Kingdom is seeking a Financial Controller to join the leadership team and work closely with the Managing Director to drive growth and financial stability in a £20m turnover manufacturing business.

This office-based role leads finance operations, reporting, budgeting and risk management across divisions, supervising a small finance team and advising on investment decisions to support long-term success.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification with manufacturing experience.
• Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and leadership ability.
• Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, audits and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Advising the Board on financial performance, growth strategies and investments.
• Prepare monthly management accounts with commentary and statutory accounts.
• Lead budgeting and rolling forecasts to align resources with goals.
• Oversee taxation, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor and manage a small finance team and treasury functions.
