Service Care Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a London-based Local Authority for a Strategic Finance Business Partner (HRA) to support the review and refresh of the HRA Business Plan and to lead on strategic financial matters related to general fund housing, including temporary accommodation.

Candidate Criteria

• Qualified CCAB/CIMA Accountant with extensive experience in Local Authority Finance
• Specific experience in HRA Finance within a Local Authority
• Experience leading HRA Business Plans and working in a strategic financial capacity
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
