Job Description

Service Care Solutions is currently recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in London for a Strategic Finance Business Partner (HRA) to join the team on a temporary basis. This role involves supporting the Council in reviewing and refreshing the HRA Business Plan and taking the strategic finance lead on general fund housing issues, such as temporary accommodation.

Candidate Criteria

1. Qualified CCAB/CIMA Accountant with extensive experience in Local Authority Finance
2. Experience of HRA Finance specifically within a Local Authority
3. Experience of leading HRA Business Plans and working in a strategic financial capacity
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
