Job summary

Cognassist UK Ltd in the United Kingdom seeks a senior Client Partner to own commercial relationships end to end—from first contact to signed partnerships and ongoing renewal. You will diagnose client needs, design partnerships, and collaborate with Customer Success to deliver adoption and ongoing value.

You will engage with senior stakeholders across FE colleges, apprenticeship providers and employer bodies.

Qualifications

• Experience owning commercial relationships end to end in multi-stakeholder sales.
• Understanding of the FE, apprenticeship or skills sector and decision processes.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities with customer context.

Responsibilities

• Win new partnerships by owning a defined portfolio and growth targets.
• Diagnose customer problems and design partnership scopes with measurable outcomes.
• Run a structured commercial process and manage procurement/tender routes.
• Own relationships post-close and drive adoption and renewal with Customer Success.
• Feed insights back to Product and Marketing to sharpen the value proposition.
