UKFE is seeking an Onboarding & Integration Partner to shape the early employee experience across UKFE and the STEP programme. This hands-on role focuses on designing onboarding journeys for direct hires and partner staff, ensuring inclusivity, compliance and scalability from day one.

You will deliver end-to-end onboarding, coordinate across People, IT and partners, and translate strategy into practical guidance and playbooks to improve engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Must have delivered onboarding or employee experience programmes in complex, fast-moving environments.
• Experience coordinating onboarding for employees, secondees, contractors or partner staff.
• Understand inclusive onboarding, early engagement and employee experience design.
• Strong coordination skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to influence across multiple stakeholders without formal authority.
• Proactive, adaptable and able to work with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Design and continuously improve onboarding approaches aligned to People strategy and the STEP operating model.
• Coordinate onboarding from pre-boarding through the first 90 days and beyond.
• Act as a central point of contact across People, IT, hiring managers and partners.
• Manage onboarding timelines and ensure smooth handovers.
• Develop and maintain onboarding materials and playbooks.
• Measure onboarding data and identify opportunities for improvement.
