The Supply Register Ltd. in Manchester is seeking a Partnership Executive to manage key FE college relationships from our head office, acting as the main contact for selected accounts and driving an excellent candidate journey.

This role sits within our expanding FE division, offering hybrid working and opportunities to grow within a supportive team focused on outstanding client service.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year in a recruitment or account management role.
• Understanding of managed service solutions.
• Demonstrated success delivering outstanding customer service.
• Ability to problem solve and navigate challenges effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.
• Motivation and drive to grow with the company.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage relationships with key stakeholders in FE Colleges.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and on-site visits.
• Provide an excellent candidate journey for all candidates.
• Effectively manage a variety of long term vacancies, often in niche subject areas.
• Build a strong pool of experienced and vetted candidates ready for placement.
• Conduct indepth interviews with prospective candidates.
• Work alongside the team to develop candidate attraction techniques and provide an outstanding candidate journey.
• Work collaboratively with our partnership agencies to ensure that College requirements are met.
• Deliver excellent service to facilitate outstanding relationships to our clients.
