A leading organisation is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager for a hybrid role in Basingstoke. This contract until June 2026 involves leading end-to-end sourcing across Facilities Management and Corporate Services. The position demands strong negotiation skills, stakeholder management, and a proven track record in managing significant spend portfolios. Ideal candidates will be proactive and commercially focused, ready to deliver value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in FM / Facilities / Corporate Indirect Procurement.
• Proven background managing significant spend portfolios (c. £5m+).
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Manage supplier performance using KPIs, MI and SRM best practice.
• Negotiate contracts, terms and commercial agreements.
• Conduct spend analysis to support commercial decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with governance, policy and procurement frameworks.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
• Experience with FM / Facilities / Corporate Indirect Procurement and managing large spend (c. £5m+).
• Proficient in sourcing, contract drafting, negotiation and supplier performance management.
• Confident partner with strong commercial judgement and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP Ariba is beneficial.
