Responsibilities

• Anticipate needs and provide executive support.

• Manage a complex calendar and schedule for multiple leaders.
• Organize team events, socials, and off‑sites as needed.
• Navigate large organizations to improve communication and act as escalation point.
• Prepare reports and presentations and gather insights for decision making.
• Project manage milestone reporting with cross‑functional stakeholders.
