Job summary

Dexory is seeking a Chief of Staff Execution Lead to work directly with the Chief of Staff on top-priority initiatives. You will drive projects to completion, unblock blockers, and build tools to accelerate the business. Ideal backgrounds include founders associate or operations with a CS or similar degree.

You will own special projects, coordinate contributors, and enforce accountability across leadership forums with tact and professionalism. Join a fast-paced team improving logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a high-pace environment.
• Proven track record delivering projects end to end against resistance.
• Strong tooling and automation capability; practical solutions using automation or workflow tools.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of discrete, high-priority internal projects from scoping through delivery.
• Coordinate contributors, chase inputs and ensure timely delivery by the right people.
• Track actions and deadlines across leadership forums; escalate blockers with evidence.
• Move initiatives from discussion to decision to delivery; propose solutions, not just problems.
• Identify friction and implement fixes, including process changes and tooling improvements.
• Help establish a centre of excellence for efficiency and speed across Dexory.
• Collaborate with Business Operations Manager and department leads to land project work alongside cadences.
