Job summary

Dexory is seeking an experienced Procurement Buyer to manage day-to-day purchasing activities supporting manufacturing operations. You will ensure timely, cost-effective material and service acquisitions, manage supplier orders, monitor delivery schedules, and resolve supply issues to maintain production continuity.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a purchasing, procurement, or supply chain role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage purchase orders in line with production schedules.
• Communicate order status, delivery dates and shipment details with suppliers.
• Expedite or defer orders to align with demand and priorities.
• Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues when needed.
• Collaborate with planning, production and warehouse to ensure material availability.
• Support onboarding of new suppliers and contract manufacturers.
• Track and resolve supply issues including shortages and invoice discrepancies.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
