Job summary

Colliers International in the United Kingdom is seeking an Estates Manager to provide corporate property management support and strategic guidance for a diverse property portfolio including offices, retail and industrial units.

You will onboard properties, manage landlord relationships and oversee budgets, reporting, inspections and lease obligations to maximise profitability and develop new business opportunities for the client. This role is based in Fox Hollies, England.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate property management and portfolio oversight.
• Ability to manage landlord/tenant relationships and lease obligations.
• Strong communication and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• General estate management duties for defined properties and national/regional portfolio.
• Onboarding of new properties.
• Management of landlord enquiries and lease obligations.
• Liaison with landlords and tenants and enforcement of responsibilities.
• Managing major landlord relationships and consent processes.
• Budgeting support and contract reporting cycles.
• Coordinate and resolve third party/neighbour requirements and disputes.
• Coordinate and manage sublet estates and service charges oversight.
• Audit and challenge of service charges and insurance premiums.
• Project management support and funding approvals.
• Inspections planning and reporting; ensure property files are up to date.
• Maintain client property databases and data quality.
• Coordinate with specialty service partners and reporting so client needs are met.
