Colliers International in the United Kingdom is seeking an Estates Manager to provide corporate property management support and strategic guidance for a diverse property portfolio including offices, retail and industrial units.
You will onboard properties, manage landlord relationships and oversee budgets, reporting, inspections and lease obligations to maximise profitability and develop new business opportunities for the client. This role is based in Fox Hollies, England.
The role of an Estates Manager is to provide corporate property management support, service co-ordination and advice for a commercial property portfolio comprising multiple offices, retail units, industrial units and/or other specialist interests. The purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective property management service as well as strategic advice for the estate. This role will be responsible for the management and development of client relationships in order to achieve maximum profitability and to generate new opportunities for business development within the Business Group and within Colliers International. The core responsibilities of the role will include but is not limited to:
