• General estate management duties for a defined national or regional portfolio
• Onboarding of new properties
• Management of landlord enquiries and interpretation/observation of lease obligations
• Regular liaison with landlords and tenants and enforcement of responsibilities
• Managing major landlord relationships
• Managing applications for landlord’s consent
• Interpretation of lease obligations and enforcement of landlord repair covenants
• Supporting the annual budgeting exercise
• Supporting the contract reporting cycle
