We are seeking an Estates Manager to provide corporate property management support, service coordination and strategic advice for a national portfolio of offices, retail units and industrial properties.

The role involves onboarding new properties, managing landlord relationships, interpreting lease obligations and supporting budgeting, reporting and client service delivery.

• Onboarding of new properties.
• Interpretation of lease obligations and landlord relationships.

Responsibilities

• General estate management duties for a defined national or regional portfolio.
• Onboarding of new properties.
• Management of landlord enquiries and interpretation of lease obligations.
• Liaison with landlords and tenants and enforcement of responsibilities.
• Managing major landlord relationships and applications for landlord’s consent.
• Co-ordinating and reporting on inspections and budgets.
• Contribute to planning, development and monitoring of premises data and reporting.
