Qualifications

• Experience in corporate property management or estates management.
• Strong organisation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage landlord/tenant relationships and reporting.

Responsibilities

• General estate management duties for a defined national or regional portfolio.
• Onboarding of new properties and management of landlord inquiries.
• Interpretation of lease obligations and enforcement of landlord repair covenants.
• Support the budgeting process and reporting cycles.
• Coordinate and manage sublet estates and service charges.
