Job summary

• Experience in estates or facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and implement estates strategic planning focused on physical environment and resources.
• Plan, manage and develop the college estate cost-effectively across short, medium and long-term needs.
• Lead and support the Maintenance team to deliver high-quality services across multiple sites.
• Assist Bursars in developing and managing capital and maintenance budgets.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture across all estates activity.
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all aspects of estate management.
