Qualifications

• Experience leading estates, facilities, or maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, compliance and contractor management.
• Experience delivering estates projects, refurbishments or capital works.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on operational management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a small in-house Estates team.
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across the estate.
• Review maintenance backlogs and implement a risk-based improvement programme.
• Procure and oversee a comprehensive condition survey.
• Manage contractors and ensure statutory compliance across the estate.
• Support sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives.
• Act as client lead on refurbishment and building improvement projects.
• Provide operational and strategic estates advice to senior stakeholders.
