Responsibilities

• Contribute to and implement the College's Estates strategic planning, with particular focus on the physical environment and physical resources
• Plan, manage and develop the College estate creatively and cost-effectively, balancing short, medium and long-term maintenance needs
• Lead, motivate and support the Maintenance team to deliver exceptional service across multiple sites
• Support the Bursars in developing and managing capital and maintenance budgets
• Champion a strong health and safety culture across all estates activity
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all areas of estate management
