Planet Recruitment are looking for an experienced Estates Manager to join our client in central Oxford on an interim basis. The role suits someone who can step in quickly and provide confident, practical leadership.

You will be hands-on at operational level while also producing clear plans, reports and recommendations for senior colleagues, delivering a stabilised day-to-day estate operation, leading the estates team and driving maintenance recovery plus carbon reduction initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as Estates Manager or Construction Professional
• Able to step in quickly and provide confident leadership
• Hands-on at operational level with ability to produce plans and reports for senior colleagues

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the estates team.
• Drive the condition survey and maintenance recovery plan.
• Manage the estate day to day.
• Help to deliver the carbon reduction plan.
