Think FE Ltd is recruiting an Estates Manager for a Worcestershire college to lead the facilities team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure the campus is safe, well maintained and ready for students and staff. You will balance maintenance with compliance, oversee contractors, budgets and projects, and drive improvements and sustainability across the estate.

Formación

• A recognised estates management qualification or significant relevant experience.
• A vocational qualification in a facilities management-related discipline.
• Substantial experience in senior operational management.
• Experience managing budgets and staff.
• A strong understanding of estates and facilities management, including health and safety.

• Oversee day-to-day estates operation, balancing maintenance and compliance with improvements.
• Manage facilities services and external contractors, KPIs and contractual compliance.
• Overseeing campus safety, security, maintenance and statutory compliance.
• Managing budgets, resources and estates projects.
• Leading and developing staff to deliver a reliable, responsive service.
• Driving service improvements and promoting sustainability.
