Job summary

DCC Energy GB is seeking an experienced IT Director – Enterprise Applications to lead strategy, development and optimisation of the enterprise applications portfolio, including Codas, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and RPA solutions. Reporting to the IT Director, this senior role shapes ERP strategy and drives business transformation across the group.

Qualifications

Significant senior leadership experience within Enterprise Applications.
Proven track record delivering complex technology strategies and transformation programmes.
Experience leading ERP platforms and large-scale digital initiatives.
Experience managing technology budgets and delivering measurable business value.
Ability to influence and partner with executive and senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

Define and execute a 3-5 year Enterprise Applications strategy aligned to DCC Energy GB objectives.
Lead ERP initiatives, cloud adoption and AI capabilities within the portfolio.
Oversee governance, risk management and cost control for Enterprise Applications.
Build partnerships with senior stakeholders and vendors to optimise roadmaps and investments.
Develop talent and lead transformation programmes across Codas, D365 and RPA teams.
