Job summary

DD Group is seeking a Director of ERP & IT Delivery to lead a major ERP and technology-enabled transformation across our European operations. You will own the Dynamics 365 implementation journey and partner with senior leaders to translate strategy into measurable operational and financial benefits.

You will drive standardised processes, governance, and delivery excellence, ensuring cross-functional alignment with warehousing, logistics, finance and customer service.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering multi-country ERP programmes.
• Proven track record of end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Strong understanding of distribution, warehousing and logistics.
• Ability to translate technology investments into commercial value.
• Experience building standardised operating models across large organisations.
• Confident leader capable of driving organisational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP transformation strategy from mobilisation to benefits realisation.
• Oversee governance, budgeting and vendor management.
• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to turn strategy into reality.
• Align ERP with warehousing, automation and finance.
• Develop and lead a high-performing delivery function.
