Nexus Jobs Limited seeks an exceptional Director of ERP and CRM MS Dynamics 365 to lead our global Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM initiative from London. You will partner with senior leaders to shape roadmaps and drive delivery across ERP/CRM projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and governance.

The role requires extensive experience in managing large, distributed teams and complex system programs, with a focus on security, compliance, and data integration strategies.

Formación

• 12+ years in senior IT/applications management
• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O and CRM (CE), including LCS, DevOps, BYOD, Dual-Write (DataVerse)
• SOX, HIPAA & GDPR knowledge preferred

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the functional leaders to create Dynamics365 F&O and CRM roadmaps
• Oversee implementation of ERP and CRM roadmap and portfolio of projects
• Establish and lead the creation of technical SOPs and work instructions
• Organize and lead a global team for scale and growth
• Specify and implement standards for inspecting, testing, and evaluating software
• Implement CS0's technology risk management framework including security and DR
• Foster a culture of trusted partnership and continuous improvement
• Meet service level commitments to support daily operations
• Manage significant capital and operating budgets
• Lead and coach ERP/CRM team and develop careers
• Drive process change and communication for Dynamics365 best practices
• Coordinate end-user training and documentation
• Assist with functional specs for customizations and integrations
• Provide pre- and post-go-live end-user support
• Serve as lead Dynamics365 F&O and CRM technical expert
• Deliver development tasks within budgets and timelines
• Create technical documentation for all customizations and integrations
