Job summary

Virgin Media O2 is seeking an ER & Policy Project Manager to translate strategic people priorities into practical roadmaps that enhance the employee experience. You will lead projects from concept to delivery within the Employee Relations & Policy team, coordinating stakeholders across the business and using feedback and data to drive measurable improvements.

You’ll build plans, manage milestones and collaborate with senior leaders to implement engagement campaigns, consultations, and policy

Qualifications

• Experience managing or coordinating projects in HR, Employee Relations or a similar environment.
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insight clearly through presentations.
• Awareness of employment law and experience supporting change implementation.
• Experience using digital and AI tools to improve delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from idea to delivery within Employee Relations & Policy.
• Build plans, milestones and coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Use employee feedback, surveys and ER data to craft recommendations for senior leaders.
• Support engagement campaigns, consultations, workplace adjustments and policy changes.
